Dec 28, 2014 starting out again on this journey to a healthier me! It's been a back and forth for 3 years now ughhhh

I'm 49 now and have been my most overweight for the past 20 years or so. My youngest son is almost 17 and has never seen me below 270 lbs in his life. I have gotten to the point where I am just so done being overweight and dealing with the life limitations the weight has caused. Before I get serious health issues it needs to go. So here we go ........again!

Thank you for stopping by my blog ( 3rd day). I agree I am to the point I am forcing myself out of bed everyday, I make a plan at night of what to do the next day to make myself get out of bed. I am starting to try and walk, but sometimes it's hard for me due to nerve damage in my back that affects my right leg and sometimes it just doesn't want to work properly lol so some days it controls what I do I don't like it but guess it is something I have to learn to live with. So far this morning I think it may allow me to get a small walk in. But if not then I will do some work around the house with breaks when needed. I didn't get to track my food yesterday due to was unsure how to, being as a small treat we went to a chinese buffet and I actually didn't over do it I took 1 serving size of 4 different kinds of chicken and 1 1/2 serving of the pork fried rice and then madrin oranges and some banana pudding for desert. So wasn't sure how to track that, but tracking will be back in force today.
