It is time for a healthier me

I am eating healthier, exercising and just plain feel better!

I had lost over 50 pounds since I joining Spark. But it has slowly been creeping back on.

“We change our behavior when the pain of staying the same becomes greater than the pain of changing. Consequences give us the pain that motivates us to change.”
― Henry Cloud

I THINK he was overwrought and overstressed from caring from his wife who has Parkinson's and neglected himself for too long before they had to make the very difficult decision to put her in assisted care. I don't know the details. I just heard about it this weekend speaking to my friend. I didn't mean to alarm you. I was alarmed to hear you say you have it just hearing about this case. So sorry. emoticon emoticon
