Time to get serious and build the life I want to live! Working on eating clean, exercising regularly, and pursuing my goals. I'm taking it one step at a time, with mini-goals, and ultimately hope to return to a healthy BMI. I want to be strong, energetic, and empowered.

My Goals:
- Get to a healthy BMI
- Increase Fitness Level
- Become Educated on Nutrition and Fitness

My Program:
- eat clean whole foods
- track everything
- aim for SP recommended ranges of: calories, carbs, fat, protein, fibre, & sodium
- minimum 8 glasses of water per day, aim for 12

- 30 min cardio 5x per week (gradually increase time/intensity)
- Strength Training 3x per week

I'm 32 years old. I'm married with one fur-baby, a Japanese Chin named Rory.

I'm an aspiring writer & speaker. I have anxiety.

I enjoy TV, Movies, Music, & Pop Culture. I also like playing piano, singing, card-making, and gardening. And I volunteer with a group of Sr. High girls, which I love.
