Getting Fit and Healthy During Grad School

I'm 28 years old and married. I'm 5'3" and weighed around 140lbs on my wedding day, and it wasn't until 6 months later when I was looking at our wedding and honeymoon pictures when I realize how unhappy I was with my weight. I went on a diet and started using "The Firm" workout videos. In 4 months I lost 7lbs and 2inches off my waist, but then I started graduate school in the Fall (2010). Now I don't have as much time to work out as I use to and my diet consists of food I can eat on the go and plenty of coffee. I'd like to drop my last 10lbs while curbing my sweet tooth and find healther options to grab on my way out the door.

My Goals:
I'm working on breaking my plateau and losing the last 10lbs!

My Program:
I'm using 'The Firm' DVD's and running on the days that I am able. On the days when I have class and my internship (W,R,F) my day starts at 5:30am and ends at 10:00pm! I want to move more during those days (i.e. take the stairs and not the elevator) and make sure I watch what I eat - I tend to have a big sweet tooth and live off of coffee, so if I can drink more water and eat more fruits and veggies those days, that would be great!

Other Information:
Be sure when you step. Step with care and great tact and remember that Life’s a Great Balancing Act.
Just never forget to be dexterous and deft. And never mix up your right foot with your left.

And will you succeed?
Yes! You will, indeed!
(98 and ¾ percent guaranteed.)

Kid, you’ll move mountains!
Today is your day!
Your mountain is waiting.
So…get on your way!
