My Goals:
My goal is to be healthy, vital, and strong.

My Program:
Using my Nutrition Tracker every day.

Drinking at least 8 cups of water (that isn't hard for me. I love water.)

Walking @ least 3 times a week for 30 minutes. I have Fibromyalgia so some days are more difficult than others but that's my goal. *Only able to walk with a walker now. I want to get back to this*

Think POSITIVE thoughts. Stay in touch with team members. I seek to gain motivation from them and also to motivate.

Personal Information:
I was born and raised in New Albany IN. Now living outside Indianapolis IN. You wouldn't think that little 100 miles would make so much difference but it sure does. I moved from the South to the North, as far as outlooks. Everyone is amazed at my Southern accent. "You say you're from where?"

Other Information:

Worry over the future breeds anxiety. Fretting over the past breeds depression. Both can stop our good movement forward and put us in front of the TV with a bad movie and too much of the stuff we don’t need to put into our bodies. That horrid cycle, of course, breeds regret and dread that brings us to more of the same. I believe that is called “insanity”.

Instead work to stay in the present taking the next step needed for living to the full the “now” that is before you, having learned better ways from past experience and pushing forward with hope that right action now will produce a better tomorrow. This is living life with power that produces a good outcome and protects our journey from wasting away.

Plan for the future, yes; but let the first plan be to live your best you in the now you have to possess.

Thank you for encouraging me on my blog today! I don't think my doctor was hitting on me. We are a generation apart, and I he has a few teenaged daughters that I would be just barely biologically capable of having created. And we have been family friends for so long.

But he is a fantastic doctor, the very best!
