You can do it! Celebrate! what you have lost already. Focus on your goal and celebrate every loss, .2 losses, .5 losses all add up! It took me a long time not to get "down" when I only lost a little but now I am so, so happy and thankful when I lose each week. I just want to go down, down, down. That is how I am measuring my progress. It is so much less pressure and stress when you just focus on going down. I am literally taking it one day at a time, doing "right" each day and not stressing out about anything! Best wishes on this lifestyle journey!

Let me know if you ever want some company when walking. I'm getting bored walking all by myself. I have to say though, the scenery here in Colorado is wonderful!

If you're stuck, try varying your exercise and nutrition plans.

I've experienced several plateaus on my *weigh* to losing over 100 pounds.

Moreover, it's harder for women to lose weight.

You can and will do it. Keep up the good work.

You're in it for the long run ...
