I'm tired of feeling embarassed because of how I look. I look back to how fit and thin I used to be and regret all the decisions I've made that have gotten me where I am today. I'm looking forward to reeducating myself on how to be healthy and how to take care of myself. Skinny-Me, here I come!!

Thanks for checking in! You're right...I've been super busy and got discouraged. I think I need to spend some more time on here again and see what happens. I hope all is well with you!

Thank you for your encouragement about the c5k. I do think I over did it with my speed to start out and on Wednesday I will try going slower during the jog portions. emoticon

Yep, add away! I'll add you too.
If you want you can reset all your goals, but I think it totally deletes your food and exercise logs and all that. You do it from your "Start" page by clicking on "Account/Email Preferences."
I'm new too, but I've found it helpful to join some teams that are motivating/interesting to me. Good luck with your goal!!
