All of my life I have wanted to be skinny, to see myself in clothes...without the rolls. I still want that, but another part of me also wants to go back to being healthy. One year ago I lost 40 pounds. I have maintained that weight loss, however, I want to lose more, and reach the proverbial finish line. I want to be healthy again. I want to be able to look at that slice of pizza and think, "Hmm, this is delicious, but I like having that pain-free feeling in my stomach, and that not-guilty ...

I want to be able to look at that slice of pizza and think, "Hmm, this is delicious, but I like having that pain-free feeling in my stomach, and that not-guilty conscience better," I'd also like to enjoy exercising again, and frequently, too.
This is what I hope to achieve again.
