I am making this journey with the daily help of SP friends and my husband. My program consists of lifestyle changes, including sleep, exercise & tracking nutrition. I avoid sugar, refined grains & processed foods. I walk. I do stability ball strength training. I log in to SP daily!

I'm happy to live in a small town in the midwest. My passion is geocaching, a sport that combines technology (GPS + internet) with hiking and puzzle-solving.
