I am making this journey with the daily help of SP friends and my husband.

My program consists of lifestyle changes, including sleep, exercise & tracking nutrition.

I avoid sugar, refined grains & processed foods. I walk. I do stability ball strength training. I log in to SP daily!

My passion is geocaching, a sport that combines technology (GPS + internet) with hiking and puzzle-solving.

I just ran onto your SparkPage and blogs. They are very helpful and motivating. Thanks for sharing your experience and your marvelous success. I have been with SparkPeople almost a month and have lost 18 pounds. I am feeling so empowered. Thanks for your inspiration.

I am currently drooling over all of the gardening catalogs that have been hitting my mailbox for the past month.

See my doc on Wednesday--so will have an update on the foot progress at that time. I am really tired of not being able to walk!!! (And so is my hubby!)

Skipping Friday ia a wonderful idea! Let's email our Senators--make it a National Law. emoticon
