Hi, I joined SparkPeople in 2011 on the advice of a friend after frustration from changes to another weight loss program. I have lost 115 so far between two programs. I would like to shed another 40 lbs. My long term goal is a lifestyle change that includes fitness and proper diet that align with my goals of healthy living after having an MI and now an Aortic Aneurysm that is being watched closely by two Cardiologists.

just remembered my friend Robert Rivest has some free tapes he does on you tube. they have laughter yoga, breathing exercise's and tai chi all can be done in a chair. They may not be the exercises you were looking for but they will relive stress , and all can be done from a chair and all are free. just type in Robert Revist laughter yoga on you tube and you should be able to get them he is a great guy I used to work with before he left to become a mime and then a laughter yoga teacher ,
