I want to stay motivated and maintain a healthy lifestyle so that I can enjoy my retirement & travel with my DH. I've seen too many people retire and then just go downhill, energy and health-wise. This CAN be the best time of my life but it'll take work and commitment. I want to MAKE IT HAPPEN!

I need a battery charge. That made me laugh. How many times did I think too bad we can't recharge ourselves like we do our cell phones. That would be emoticon

It was Alice who has been itchy, but she seems better today. Dennis gave her another bath with the oatmeal shampoo. I wonder what else is in the oatmeal shampoo you used. Unless like you said, maybe you didn't get all of the shampoo off. It might be a food allergy though. Henley was 2 when he started getting itchy. We had blood work done, and he is allergic to the norm foods, Wheat, Corn, but also Soy, Barley and a few other foods that most dogs are not allergic too. He also has outdoor allergies. So if his itchiness keeps up it might be wise for his new owners to look into seeing exactly what is bothering him. Just a thought. I can just see his face, not liking the shirt lol.
