I want to stay motivated and maintain a healthy lifestyle so that I can enjoy my retirement & travel with my DH. I've seen too many people retire and then just go downhill, energy and health-wise. This CAN be the best time of my life but it'll take work and commitment. I want to MAKE IT HAPPEN!

Henley is doing much better. Still itchy here and there, but he is feeling more at peace. The meds make him tired though. How did Houndheaven go? I bet Tess had fun!
I see the Doctor on the 25th, then I will get a prescription for the medication. Oh boy, a new chapter in life lol.

I just got off the phone with New Britain. They still haven't transferred the case to Vernon. Now they want a signed letter from me stating that I want them to before they transfer. I gave them the RAT and they know I put down a security deposit of $1,000.00 What they think I go around spending that kind of money and then don't want to go? I am telling you they are making this very difficult. Vernon called today and wants to know what's the hold up, they are ready to inspect but can't without the files. New Britain is being butt heads.

Thanks for the Goodie Heels! I would fall for sure. I go with flats all the way. I am looking forward to the reunion even though I won't hardly know anyone. Of those who are going (about 190), I haven't seen ANY of them (except 1) since we graduated 50 years ago. We had 580 in our class.

I used to give Henley shots for his allergies. We did taper him down, and he did ok for 1 1/2 years, then his allergies bounced back. He has always had bad allergies, that's why the Vet put him on the Apoquel. We have been more humid this year, so maybe that's why he is having a hard time of it. emoticon

Thank you so much for your kind note and goodie. He was a wonderful, unforgettable man.
