Change can be good.

I want to stay motivated and maintain a healthy lifestyle so that I can enjoy my retirement & travel with my DH. I've seen too many people retire and then just go downhill, energy and health-wise. This CAN be the best time of my life but it'll take work and commitment. I want to MAKE IT HAPPEN!

Thanks for the goodie. We hope to be there on Mon. It's about 300 miles yet. Spent the weekend with my 2 brothers in our campers in the rain! It has rained all weekend and currently has stopped but gray clouds overhead! We enjoyed the time together though. Thanks again!!

Thank you for the goodie. i have way to many pets especially cats. unfortunately i have 6 cats indoors which i wish people would quit dropping the off in places. how can you take a cat that finally learns to trust you to the pound and maybe they would be killed. i also have one feral kitty outside. he has made up with me and just recently neutered and had his shots. i also have the 2 Australian Shepherds and a horse and may i add a husband also. we also enjoy all the wild life that come in to eat at the bird feeders as well as the ones that come to and on the pond.

have a wonderful week. Hugs to you.

I agree with you. So much beauty to see "if one looks" I can't tell you how many people don't take the time to see the beauty that surrounds us here. I hope someday they slow down enough to see it. Did the acupuncture work?

How did the acupuncture go for you today? I tried that with my back. Did several visits but it just didn't do a thing for me. I know lots of people have good results with it. Hope you are one of them!
The weather was even more fickle today with tornadoes & hail all around us, and of course heavy rains. We were missed with all the bad just got the rain. Omaha is fairly close to our location and the storms came at us from the west, south and north. I think our angels are with us and we have certainly been blessed. Prayed a lot too. As they say, prayer works miracles & we have seen that. This system is heading your way so I hope it peters out before arriving at your doorstep or keeps going north!!

So far so good. We are parked for the week and enjoying the thunder storm having been in a tornado watch area. Weather isn't our best friend tonight!! But it's looking like we are dodging a bullet right now.
