This time I'm serious. I've tried every weight loss plan imaginable, some of them not so healthy. I want to get healthy, lose weight, and live my life outside of my apartment. I saw a picture of myself the other day and thought I would start crying. I'm asking for help and really hoping that this time I can do it and do it right.

I've seen good things about SparkPeople and want to be a part of it.

My Goals:
To get healthy. I've seen what an unhealthy lifestyle leads to and I don't want to be that person.

Track my food every day even if I'm not having a healthy eating day.

Exercise at least 3 times a week and track.

My Program:
Monitor my calorie and nutrient intake on SP. Start moving again and rev up my metabolism

Thank you so much for your kind words. I appreciate you taking the time to comment. That is awesome that you get up that early to exercise. I wish i could, i am not a morning person. I did make it to a 7 am spin class one morning and felt awesome so maybe i have to try it. BElieve me i know about the grazing. Its like im not even hungry and there i am eating chips, candy, jelly beans, you name it. Then i wonder why the scale didnt move. That is great that you went by yourself when your gym buddy couldnt come!! shows you are motivated. Keep up the good work.

Thanks for dropping by my page. Birthdays are always tough when it comes to watching our weight. I too have been on the weight lost roller coaster. It is not fun! The good news is we have found SP and have lots of support here. That and the new season of Biggest Looser has begun (I noticed one of your favorite articles). I love to watch the show for all the motivation.

Well, good luck, stay focused, and in times when motivation starts to slip, remember you have SP friends to keep you going.
