Hello! I am a 24 year old newly wed who has 3 jobs in the medical field with shifts of 12 hours a night. Travel time is a 1 hour to 2 hour round trip depending on which place I work, but since I am so exhausted when I get home from work I usually crash and my mate wakes me up in time to get ready and go back at it.

My Goals:
Short Term:

1. Get out of the Obese BMI range.

2. Be below 200 pounds.

3. Get out of the 20s sizes.


Long Term:

1. Be in the middle of the normal BMI range

2. Be below 150 pounds

3. Participate in a minimum of 1 5K run a year

4. Be a "medium"

5. MOST IMPORTANT:

Be happy with my body.

My Program:
I am going to stick with 1200-1300 calories a day and exercise at least 30 minutes a day when I am not working.

Other Information:
I LOVE to read and have found a new way to 'read' while walking on the treadmill. Audio books are AWESOME!
