Hello! I am a 25 year old newly wed who has 2 jobs in the medical field with shifts of 12 hours a night. Travel time is a 1 hour to 2 hour round trip depending on which place I work, but since I am so exhausted when I get home from work I usually crash and my mate wakes me up in time to get ready and go back at it.

Travel time is a 1 hour to 2 hour round trip depending on which place I work, but since I am so exhausted when I get home from work I usually crash and my mate wakes me up in time to get ready and go back at it.

So I have set up a new rewards system for myself because there are some things I want that will help me in my life but I can't bring myself to buy due to there being alternatives. I have rules, though. I have to stay at or below the weight for more than two weeks. That way I won't be premature about the goal victory!

250 pounds - TurboFire
225 pounds - Blackout shades for bedroom
200 pounds - Manicure and Pedicure
175 pounds - Fancy chain pulls for ceiling fans
150 pounds - New video card for desktop
125 pounds - New wardrobe!!!

My Goals:
My short term goals are to eat healthier, move more, and don't let the stress of life get to me.

My long term goals are to be able to run like I used to, get off Metformin, have below 25% body fat, and be happy with my body.

My Program:
I am going to stick with LCHF and getting in plenty of exercise.

Other Information:
I LOVE to read and have found a new way to 'read' while walking on the treadmill. Audio books are AWESOME! But I still love to watch my shows while walking. I don't lose my balance but I DO lose track of time!

I liked your comments on my SparkPeople Irony post. I was also thinking of those same suggestions, but my post was already so long, I didn't add them. thank you for doing it, instead. I believe it lends even more credence to have others thinking along the same vein.
