Hi Selina! Hope you're doing well today. Have you been tracking your calories and staying in your range? My husband drives a semi and is usually gone during the week, but he was home all last week. Unfortunately, I didn't really watch what I was eating during that time and I'm having a hard time getting back in the groove of it again. I guess I'll just have to work at it harder tomorrow.
