- enter Onederland by April 2016
- walk/exercise every day (outside, brisk/slow, WATP, aerobics...)

Hi Selina - I left the team, so can't post on the wall or in the forums anymore. You're welcome to check out my page - pretty much my whole journey is laid out there and in my blogs, but I'd have to say that the last 5 pounds to Onederland were the hardest to let go of. Probably because I wanted it SO badly!! With a big week of celebrating ahead, I gave in to the realization that I wasn't going to be losing any weight during that time, so I just put it out of my mind while sticking (as much as I could with a delicious Thanksgiving dinner!) to my eating guidelines and getting lots of movement in. Something seems to have clicked, because as soon as I got back home, the weight started dropping again. Sometimes it's about changing things up, sometimes it's about letting go. I wish you the greatest success in reaching 190ville - and the rest of your journey as well!!!
