- walk every day
- lose 2-5 pounds

emoticon so much for your nice comment & adding me as a friend. I also added you as a friend. I have been trying hard to get back on track & leave Twoterville once & for all. I really can't afford to gain any more weight because last month I went through my closet & got rid on all my size 16 pants. If I gain any more weight these size 14's won't fit me. I'll really be in trouble! emoticon We can do this together! Linda

Hi Selina, I use the Hour commitments as needed, but it just depends. Often I do it after a meal, because I know it's better to have a period of "non-eating" in between meals. (Trying to live in between eating and not think so much about it.) Sometimes, though, I plan to have a snack or treat, and then I post after that.
