Selkie, I am glad that WW is working for you! I think the biggest lesson SP has taught me is that being healthy is a life long endeavor Once the weight is where you want it you still need to exercise, eat wisely and drink plenty of water for the rest of your life.

Lol so we glad we are both back! I totally understand how easy it is to slip and then all of sudden your into old habits again. But anyway, the best advice anyone ever told me, never give up! And it's never to late to start over again. :) The thing I have hard time with is forgiving myself when I do slip but I'm learning little by little not to be so harsh on myself and realize I can get back into good habits again. I also have to learn to reward myself more rather than think about how I could have done more or think when I will do more. Enjoy and focus on the here and now! Today is what will get you to tomorrow and yesterday is what you here today! I hope you are doing well. :)

Hey! I just wanted to tell you I'm finally back, and looks like you were gone for a bit too lol. Yeah I kind of fell off the track as well, but I've been going at it for a little over a week now! I kinda vanished with school. And from fitness *sigh*. I really cannot multi-task apparently. But - tomorrow's the last day of school. And today i got back on the wagon. Slowly - but back there. I've also gone back vegetarian - it's so much easier to manage my weight on a veggie diet than it ever was as an omnivore.
