Three years ago I lost 60 pounds - then I hit a plateau. After a while I just accepted it and was happy to just not gain any back. But now circumstances have changed, and I'm looking for a way to get losing again.

Just wondering how you're doing - I saw your posting in the Community Message Board, you're still getting replies.

WTG! on losing 56 lbs! I know it gets frustrating at times, but keep your eyes on the prize because YOU are worth it!

What really helped me was hanging clothing that no longer fit on the closet door. Every time my DH thought I was getting frustrated, he would "suggest" I try on some clothes.

By golly, that works!
