That's good it wasn't totally unexpected! I would be shocked because I haven't had any signs that labor is coming....I just hope he doesn't want to wait too long to make his arrival!

Wow, I'm definitely ready for the baby to get here but I would be so shocked if I went into labor at 35 weeks, as you must have been! How is Layla Grace doing these days?

Hi!!! So glad you are still here. I completely know what you mean about an infant and time to do..well, anything. I have a 4 year old and still struggle to find time to workout. With work, the household stuff etc, where's the time. It's a daily struggle. But I'm working it out. I can't do the 3pm-5pm every day workouts that I did before having him. Now its, what can I sneak in after I rest for a moment while he is napping. Or, do I have to get up early to have time for my own wellness.
Im right there with you.

I thought about doing 10 minute trainer, just to do something, because I had been doing nearly nothing. With summer time, I'm in the groove working out most days with a run or piyo. Feeling good. Trying to clean up my diet instead of thinking I need a food party every night.
