Thanks for the blog comment. Yes, summer really is. I feel like I can do more exercise at home and I'm not stuck inside wanting to eat. I would LOVE to fit perfectly in that dress, hopefully this time it is the motivation i need!

Thanks for the blog comment! So encouraging to know I'm not alone. I mean even my personal trainers when I went to a gym, both said the same thing - that I should aim for a weight around 150 pounds. But HOW???

Thanks for stopping by my blog, I like medifast because I don't have to think about it too much. A lot of people gain the weight back when they go off it, but a lot don't. The way I got started on it was an acquaintance of mine who lost 150 pounds and has kept it off for more than 2 years now. I was kind of where he was, but with only 90 pounds to lose, but I felt like I couldn't get my exercise in or anything, I needed a plan to stick to for a while that would take the weight off so that I could add in some other things. I'm going to go read your blog about Dukan now, and I'll post some comparisons!
