My weight isn't what defines me

2012 is my year! I followed my dreams, through lots of whining, sweat, and, yes, tears. It took me a lot less time than I expected. I just had to stop making excuses. I've gotten my sexy back and I vow to keep it. There is always room to improve therefore, my journey will never be complete. My motto is: once a Sparker, always a Sparker!

Losing weight is indeed a big job. You have to develop a repetoire of tools to get you thru that journey. In maintenance, it's all about continuing to use those tools and continue to evaluate how you're progressing. It definitely IS work, but as long as you do what it takes to keep yourself motivated, you'll be successful in maintenance.

Good luck to you!

Hiya
Yeah around here if you say "cycling" you always mean on a bicycle. When people say "biking", though, it could mean either one which gets confusing.

Hi, thanks for dropping by my blog. You're right about children thinking their parents are always glad to see them go back to school. They had a good first day back and I kept busy with my de cluttering!
