Preggo Again

My little boy arrived on Wednesday, December 15, 2010 at 8:34 PM! I still can't believe how wonderfully perfect he is and that I'm a mother. We are two weeks in and it's been an emotional, amazing, and sleep deprived 14 days! I really am in love and I cannot wait to see what the 2011 year is going to bring for our family.

We are two weeks in and it's been an emotional, amazing, and sleep deprived 14 days! I really am in love and I cannot wait to see what the 2011 year is going to bring for our family.

Fast forward a year and we are now expecting our second (and last) child! We are so excited. I'm due at the end of June and we'll have two under two for about half a year. Lord helps us! I have not been doing well with healthy pregnancy eating/exercise like I did with my first. Like, a 180 from my first pregnancy. Yuck! I am now beginning my second trimester and with the new year beginning, I'd like to turn around my actions and make good choices for the last 2/3 of my pregnancy. I do not want to overgain and feel disgusting! One of my best friends is getting married in October, so if I overgain, I will only have a few short months to try to lose it all and I know it'll be difficult to do with a newborn to take care of, plus my one year old! I should just make good choices now!

Congrats! My babies are 17 months apart. It's a lot like having twins later on. They're almost 3 and 4 now, and what one gets, the other gets. I hope you have a great pregnancy!

Wow, congrats on the new pregnancy! Do you know what your having yet? My little boy is getting big and too busy! I stay home with him and our 4 year old. It's very hard to keep a clean house with them on the loose :)

You look gorgeous on your first Mother's day! How far along are you? I know you'll be able to do it this time.

The biggest help to me was finding a gym with a daycare. I also joined a "baby boot camp" style class where we do crazy exercises with our kids either in strollers or in the mall's play area (park in the summer). The camaraderie of the mommy group gets me there most days and if I do miss-- then we go at our leisure to the gym.

It is so good to hear from you. I have been walking/jogging for 30 minutes in the morning and walking another 20 at night probably aout 5 times week. I have also been lifting weights about 4 times per week and have started tracking my food again. So, I have been fairly diligent, but the results are slow given the effort. But if it were easy, we would all be slender and fit.

Maybe we could do a daily check in to keep us motivated?

How is the little one? I am loving all the pics on FB.
