I'm down from 4 beta blockers and 1 hypertension pill to 1 beta blocker and ZERO hypertension pills (since October 2013). My next goal is to further reduce / eliminate those medications, with my doctor's guidance.
1) Track EVERYTHING 2) Do at least 10 minutes of exercise per day 3) Plan meals once a week (McDougall Program) and streak sticking to it 4) Get 100 SparkPoints a day

I think we take meaning from life. It is what our parents and teachers, relatives and friends share with us. The degree that we can make our own meaning is small in comparison to these other influences. It takes a village. Thanks for your response. Glenn
