I'm down from 4 beta blockers and 1 hypertension pill to 1 beta blocker and ZERO hypertension pills (since October 2013). My next goal is to further reduce / eliminate those medications, with my doctor's guidance.
1) Track EVERYTHING 2) Do at least 10 minutes of exercise per day 3) Plan meals once a week (McDougall Program) and streak sticking to it 4) Get 100 SparkPoints a day

As for coving or not coving the potatoes, it does change the texture. At least, usually when I leave potatoes uncovered, they get crispier, which is good too. Just experiment around with what you want and like! Hope you have a great week!
