Impossible...

Impossible... I'm possible.

I have been on Spark off and on for a long time..lately I have been more off than on for the past year or so. It's so hard to find time.. I continue to struggle, but I keep trying. I could pledge that I will be here everyday.. eat my peas and carrots... exercise, etc... but when I misstep then I spiral. I'm just trying to take one step at a time. I didn't make any New Year's resolution except for one. I have been making this one every year for the ...

I will give others the benefit of the doubt, before myself.

My Goals:
I am taking it one day at a time and bit by bit. I am sticking to my meal plan and getting some exercise in. My goal is to be healthy. I don't have a set # that I would like to get to. I am striving for balance and to find that inner peace.

My Program:
I am following a meal plan setup from when I was in treatment. It's a balanced plan that features, veggies, fruits, carbs (whole grains), protein and dairy.

I workout 4 - 5 times per week. 3 -4 of those days I work out with weights (upper body vs. lower body) One the weekends I try to do something different than my typical cardio routine at the gym to mix it up.

I made the Taco Chicken Stew and it was so good. I made mine a little spicy. I haven't tried the sweet potato brussel sprout dish. It just doesn't sound very good. Thanks for the Goodie.
