My Goals:
by 9/15/13 -

I will weigh a minimum of 130 lbs. w/15% body composition (19.5 lbs. of fat & 110.5 lbs. of LEAN)

I will have removed...
- 2.25" off my upper back/chest
- 1.5" off my waist
- 4" off my hips
- 2.25" off each thigh



My Program:
- Strength Training on
M, W & F w/15-30 mins. of cardio

- HIIT Tues & Thurs.

- Eat 4-6 small, healthy meals every day

Consisting of 50% carbs., 30% protein & 20% fat

Personal Information:
I love the Lord & wish to take care of this body in which He resides.

I have a WONDERFUL husband of 31 yrs. who is now on this "healthy journey" with me.

We are participating in Tom Venuto's 98 Day Summer 2013 Challenge & we are "IN IT TO WIN IT!"
