My Goals:
I want to lose 100 pounds but I want to maintain the weight loss once achieved and continue working out on a regular basis.

My Program:
Doing the C25K program to prepare for a 5k race. Hitting the gym up to 5 days a week doing strength training. Continue to walk in between gym workouts.

Hi, I saw your post on the over 50 message board. I wish you lots of success in the 5k training. I ran quite and even managed a half marathon and 10k trail run this year.

Enjoying myself on my road to better health and fitness. Glad the weather is changing so I can get out more and do more walking, jogging. running.
