My main goal is to get back to my weight i was in high school which was 175.. I am 280 so I have a way to go but thats okay I am going to work it out with GOD's help :D
Everything in moderation is my model. However since I was a Junk food Junkie I am doing my best to avoid all fast foods and processed foods. I try to eat healthy even when its out. Working out three times a week for 30 min and taking vitamins :)
I am born and raised in Chi-Town south side and I go to UIC.... getting my undergrad in anthropology and hoping to get a masters in forensic anthropology. I want to work with the F.B.I one day be the next BONES LOL
I am a wonderful person inside and out and doing this workout and eating plan is going to make me feel good about myself I already know it..... I have big plans for my life and I want to be fit and fab to see them through.
