I am a 49 year old mother of 3 daughters. Lisa is 29 years old, Ann is going to be 28 in April, and Victoria is 9 years old. I also have an 8 year old grandson named Caleb. I have lost 38 pounds since I have started the Spark People team. I will also be a grandmother of another grandson in November (I just found out). I have now lost 50 lbs. I have at 50 more pounds I would like to loss. Thank you to all the people who have been giving me encouragement and motivation.

I told that I had a new grandson on the way. Well, instead of being born in November he came into this world in October. His name is Samuel Judah. They call him Jude. I have now lost61 lbs.

I hope to get my weight, blood pressure and cholesterol under control through diet and hopefully not medication the rest of my life.

My Program:
I am trying to follow a low cholesterol, low sodium diet. I have lost 8lbs so far.
