Round two....

My first round I lost 30 lbs and exercised for 422 days for at least 10 minutes. Life happened. I'm not even sure how. I stopped making good choices.

Well enough of that. It's time to exercise daily again, no matter how little. Just something. It's time to track my food making better choices as the days pass. It's time to lose the 10 lbs I gained back, ok, in reality 17. 10 lbs gained from a weight I'm good at maintaing. Either way, the scale went in the wrong ...
