Time to change, long overdue

I'm 28 years old. I've struggled with weight gains all of my life and now I'm going to do something about it.
I need to eat healthy and keep on track to a new life change. The way I see it I'm not going on a diet, I need to change what I eat for good.

Joined the 2015 Winter 5% Challenge! It starts soon and I am really excited!!

Scale is dusted off....(I weigh every Monday)
Exercise clothes and gym bag are ready to go.
Water bottle ready.

Exercise plan is in place.
Diet consisting of lean meats (or some kind of good protein), lots of veggies and fiber and try harder to drink water. Will cook & eat healthy recipes from pinterest
Will track daily and visit with my team.
I want to lose this weight for the following reasons:
1) health
2) Get back to the weight I should be!
3) Being barely over 5', I should be much lighter for optimum health and well-being.
4) To wear nicer clothes and look better in them!
5) To feel normal and confident again!

Unfortunately I have a lot of "trigger" foods. I am going to try and stay right on track. I have the 5% to work on for my team but I'm also going to strive for more for myself
