Operation Return

I'm back! After a few month vacation, ok, a year, I am back on track to my healthy weight and lifestyle. I am starting out at a higher weight than before, but that I just means I can lose more! (Positive spin deal)

My Goals:
-Even though I am not "that old," I am not losing weight as easily as I used to. I also am a foodie, so I sometimes struggle choosing healthy options because of the variety of food I enjoy.

-When I get home from work and coaching, I lack the motivation to do any exercising or workouts "just for me." I am trying to keep the momentum going all day!

-It is easier to keep going! I take my gym clothes to work with me, and then go straight to the gym. If I run home first, I get distracted and end up not going.

-In 2014, I want to finish the Couch to 5K Program. I have run a few 5K already, but not at an ideal pace, and it has been awhile. There is a 5k in April, and I want to run the whole thing!


-I want to fit into my favorite pair of jeans again...every woman has a pair they have kept, hoping to fit into them again!

My Program:
PERSONAL MOTIVATION

- Every ten pounds lost = manicure and pedicure.

- I just purchased a Fitbit. I am hoping this will help me stay motivated.

Hi there! Im also returning to SP after a long "vacation" ;) I seen you are looking for a buddy from the 20 somethings group so I thought Id stop by. Im looking to lose about 52 pounds before I turn 30...and that's not too far away anymore lol. I just know the older I get the harder it will be and I don't need any harder :)

Thanks for the blog love! You know, it's true when both of you do it togethe it's so much more easier. When I first joined spark and he started to eat healthy with me, it was so easy. Now that we have a baby, things are a lot more difficult, but as time as goes on we are getting better at this.
