I'm back! hopefully that will be the last time I need to type that before it sticks. I recently got married and went on my honeymoon, and I wasn't happy how I looked in my honeymoon pictures. Although I can't redo that, I want to use it as a starting point to feeling good again.

My Goals:
-Even though I am not "that old," I am not losing weight as easily as I used to. I also am a foodie, so I sometimes struggle choosing healthy options because of the variety of food I enjoy.

-When I get home from work and coaching, I lack the motivation to do any exercising or workouts "just for me." I am trying to keep the momentum going all day!

-It is easier to keep going! I take my gym clothes to work with me, and then go straight to the gym. If I run home first, I get distracted and end up not going.

-I want to focus on looking good and feeling good, instead of using the scale to measure my progress.
