I have been using SP for quite some time now, and SP has helped me to make some positive changes to my eating. I don't diet; I just try to control my portions and be aware of what I am putting into my body, while still allowing for some indulgences!

Now, I need to focus on exercising. I tend to put exercising on the back burner, and I really need to put it in the front of my mind, since eating healthy cannot change the number on the scale alone nor can it make me feel more confident in what I'm wearing.

My Goals:
-Even though I am not "that old," I am not losing weight as easily as I used to. I also am a foodie, so I sometimes struggle choosing healthy options because of the variety of food I enjoy.

-When I get home from work and finish my grad work, I lack the motivation to do any exercising or workouts "just for me." I am trying to keep the momentum going all day!

-It is easier to keep going! I am trying not to let myself sit down as soon as I get in the door. I change clothes and try to get a workout in.

-I want to focus on looking good and feeling good, instead of using the scale to measure my progress.

- Every ten pounds lost = manicure and pedicure.

- Using my Fitbit and competition with family and friends.
