I haven't been able to do this since I was about 12. I am closer than I've been in years tho.

I attempt to do yoga and some basic carido sessions at school. At home I love to run on the treadmill while I watch TV.
I'm a 22 year old college student. I have less motivation than I should.
I used to lose weight over the summer and then gain it during the school year. This last summer I never got around to losing the weight. Ultimately, I'd be fine weighing 145 lbs as long as I was in shape. I'm not a big fan of the flab I've picked up along with the weight tho!
I saw your post on the comments about lifting weights and just to let you know that generally women can't bulk up. It's all in testosterone, that is why men do and we don't. The only way that a woman would like like bodybuilder's of america big would be with hormones/steroids.
