My Goals:
I am working with to improve my defenses against diseases like cancer and diabetes through healthy living.

My Program:
I practice T’ai Chi Ch’uan (Yang long form), power yoga (Ashtanga) , and strength training to maintain body composition. I work with SparkPeople to regulate my calories and activities and remind me to eat. Otherwise, I would push too hard, too fast.

Personal Information:
I am trying to keep my weight between 150 and 122, which is my "healthy" range The goal ticker is just a reminder to stay between the marks.

Other Information:
I enjoy watching martial arts, playing video games, writing fantasy stories, and learning new things. I like dragons and panthers and am a "bit" of a power freak and a control freak.
