My Goals:
1) Make the best choices I can at any given time, in any given situation.

My Program:
I count calories, I eat clean, and I move my body. My favorite ways to do that are to run and to dance!

The combination of eating well and moving more has given me much success... not just because they are beneficial on their own, but because they happen to line up with things I am passionate about (eating "lean, clean, and green" and being active at doing what I love). Make your plan fit what you love, and it's a whole lot easier!

Personal Information:
Live in DE. I have a bunch of bossy cats and a ginormous Great Dane/Boxer puppydog. (It's like sharing a house with a pony on crack.) By day, I'm a real-life "girl Friday" in a law office; by night, I'm a bohemian goddess. I like the Oxford comma.

Thanks for commenting on my blog. We are doing the MRI to see if it might be a fracture that the xray didn't pull up. Stress fractures are like little painful ghosts!

Thanks for stopping by my SparkPage with your PF observations. I've also found rolling a tennis ball - painful, but effective - really seems to loosen things up, too.
