Slow and Steady wins!

I want to lose weight/ get a healthier lifestyle.
I love the positive support I have received here through the years and cannot imagine what shape I would be in without it. Giving support makes me feel as though I am repaying it somewhat.

**I have a GOAL.. I want to get to the healthy range so 136 by Groundhog day 2015.**
Starting at 148.8 on 2/4/14.. hmm a pound a month should do it.

Current Status:
SHAMROCKY2K OK.. I have to know if anyone else had this happen. I instantly feel less stressed when I see stones or pebbles. I just changed my background for gmail and it was amazing how relaxed I felt.

Counting calories and tracking everything. Water Aerobics has given me great results.. and it is EASY... go figure.
