Rare sighting (me with my shirt off). About 225 lbs. A LOT better than 265!

I have been losing weight for a while now. I was 265 lbs back in 2004, down to 210 in 2009, then back to 265 2012 :-( It has been a bit of a roller coaster, but I am determined to stay more healthy! When I'm losing I am tracking food and exercising. Signing up for races seems to be the best motivation for me to stay on track.

I will have to make a new goal for the Ogden half. My original goal was to finish it in 2:30 hrs/min. But, I have already beaten that with the last run. I am thinking that a newer, better goal would be to finish in 2:15 hrs/min.

How about you?

Good luck on the half-er tommorrow!! Looks like it is going to be a little chilly- but it is better than being really hot.

Great job on your fitness minutes this month!! I was able to get 1250 fitness minutes in!

You did GREAT!!!

I am going to do my best to pass my previous 1250 and hopefully get 1500 minutes for the month of April.

I don't have as many fitness minutes as you, but I am making progress. I have 1,130!! I am going to get some workouts in today and then run 5 miles tommorrow.

Keep up the good work!!!
