Eat more fruits and veggies, lean meats, and cheeses.

Stay away from my usual carb overloads.

Couch to 5k training sessions (at least 3/week)

Maybe some wii fitness games.

Hoping to burn 1500 calories a week

Mmhmm, us moms have to stick together :-) I aim for a bedtime of 10 pm and get up at 6am. My body only requires 7hrs of sleep so the extra hr is a bonus :-) I have a built in hr for me time in the morning too. I get up at 6am, go on spark, fb, watch the news, drink my tea (used to be coffee, hehehe) and then wake thw kids ar 7am. Originally it was a New Year's resolution, to work out for 30min, shower, and then ready for the day....the time stuck but never worked out, oops :-)

Thanks so much for your comment on my blog. Yeah, I'm right there with you. I think the ONLY way I keep from binging is by going to bed early....I've been feelingsick so iI took Nyquil at 8 and crashed at 9 with the kids. Going to bed at 9 would be all fine and good but I would miss MY time, ya know. I will figure this out. Thanks for the vote of confidence and encouragement :-)

Wow, I Wish I had that problem :-) Talk about will power and motivation...! The food in my house is like 90% healthy but its the 10% that gets me. I got chocolates (dove dark chocolate bites) for when I get a sweet tooth. Pringles and pudding for the kids since they are out of school for summer. I thought I could stop myself but I guess with all the emotional issues lately I haven't been able to. I'm still pushing forward tho! We can do it!! :-) Thanks for the encouragement!

Thanks for the compliment on my picture :-) It took a lot of hard work and I often don't even recognize myself in the mirror. Just the other day I put on a Medium size tshirt and was in awe... in the past I would go for the largest size automatically, xl. Not anymore, and it feels good! Keep up the hard work....it is definitely worth it!!!
