We Can Do it

My journey began when the doctor wanted to medicate me with migraine medication and antidepressant. I decided to take an alternative route and change my diet, and ultimately my lifestyle. I though by committing myself to a vegetarian/vegan life I would never have a weight. But I managed to find away to gain the 20lb I originally lost and added 8 mores pounds to it! so I have proven that an all veggie no meat people can still gain weight.

Sparks research has shown that people who use the Community (Message Boards, SparkTeams, etc.) tend to lose more weight on average than those who do not. So what are you waiting for? Start posting and get your weight loss going!
