The adventures of Shrinking Shannon and 2010 will be my year to hit my goal.

Here it is February and my birthday is fast approaching and not ready for it lol. I am trying to lose 5-7 pounds before then but not having much luck. This will be my year for me to stick to my plan each and every day. I will indulge once in a while but not all the time like I used. Hard to believe I started this journey almost four years ago weighing in at 330 pounds. I am happy to say I have maintained a 80 pounds loss for about five years now which is great. I still have a ways to go but ...

I still have a ways to go but surely feel better and are healthier. I am hoping to run my first 5k this summer with my hubby. I am planning on doing some five k walks also with friends from ww.

Goals for 2009:
1. Drink 64 oz of water a day.
2. Eat all of my fruits and veggies.
3. Eat at home every day.
4. Be positive and thankful each day.
5. Exercise 3-4 times a week.

My Program:
Drink 10-30 glasses of water a day.

Watch my sodium intake each day.

Cutout sweetner and eat more whole foods.

Eat plenty of fruits and veggies each day.


One bad day a month where I can eat what I want.

No more processed foods, chips, cookie.

I will eat only whole grain and not white.

Last chance workout...What cha got planned?

I'll start with Bob...I hate those tricep dips when you push your legs out. OMG I need to lose more weight! Then to the bike and the segway chasing the balloons and the moles. Finishing with taking the Chi's for a walk to the top of the hill and back. Should be a little over 2 hours. Whoohoo back on track.
