No More starting or Restarting just going to get healthy.

I have been on this journey for a long time and have had my ups. It is time to have my downs and not look back. I know how to eat healthy and what to do. It is time to find me time and do what I need to do. Yes I love my family but I need to be healthy and happy as well. Well the stress of moving has been lifted my husband and I decided not to move. I need to think about me so I am around for the family i love. My husband and I will be married 11 years this year. We will also have a ten year old and five year old. The kids are excited to be staying in the same community as well.

Goals for 2013

1. Be healthy and happy no matter what the box says lol.
2. Go to curves 3-4 times a week.
3. Stop the pop drinking and drink more water.
4. Cut out the french fries and eat more veggies.
5. Make protein, veggies, fruits the main part of the meal.

My Program:
1. Eat a meatless day once day a week.
2. Treats are once a month for doing so well.
3. Eat more fruits and veggies with every meal.
4. Try a new recipe once a week.
5. Enjoy life

I can't believe she will be 6 either...I remember when she was born, what a joy.....she is so cute....well they both are

have a good workout today....windy and cold here today...and it's spring....glad I can at least hear the birds

Things are going great, I am loosing the 10 pounds I gained....so far I'm loosing half a pound a week .....It has been a good year so far..
