I have been on this journey for a long time and have had my ups. It is time to have my downs and not look back. I know how to eat healthy and what to do. It is time to find me time and do what I need to do. Yes I love my family but I need to be healthy and happy as well. Well the stress of moving has been lifted my husband and I decided not to move. I need to think about me so I am around for the family i love. My husband and I will be married 11 years this year. We will also have a ten year old and five year old. The kids are excited to be staying in the same community as well.

Shannon, thank you for the new cook ware and the congrats for RLOTM. Larry got m ore apples and we are cooking a crock pot full now for applesauce......We have used lot os apples this season. I have enough for 2 pies and 3 pans of apple biscuits.

Yes it does get harder to loose weight as you age. BUT we can do it. We have already begun! emoticon I am 54 and still pushing towards my weight goal.
