No More starting or Restarting just going to get healthy.

I have been on this journey for a long time and have had my ups. It is time to have my downs and not look back. I know how to eat healthy and what to do. It is time to find me time and do what I need to do. Yes I love my family but I need to be healthy and happy as well. Well the stress of moving has been lifted my husband and I decided not to move. I need to think about me so I am around for the family i love. My husband and I will be married 11 years this year. We will also have a ten year old and five year old. The kids are excited to be staying in the same community as well.

1. To have more fruits and veggies less carbs.
2. To go to anytime 5-6 times a week.
3. To do a walking dvd or wii fit plus in the afternoon.
4. To make more time for me and less time on the computer.
5. Drink 10-12 glasses of water.

1. Eat a meatless day once day a week.
2. Treats are once a month for doing so well.

Hey lady, thanks for stopping by my page. I have been sick the past few days so I haven't done any exercise. I just been focusing on getting better. drinking lots of fluids and trying to make myself eat. I think I just have a bad cold. Been drinking Theraflu, sucking on cough drops and sipping tea and water with lemon. Hope you have yourself a good weekend and make sure you get in a good workout for me! ;0)
