No More starting or Restarting just going to get healthy.

I have been on this journey for a long time and have had my ups. It is time to have my downs and not look back. I know how to eat healthy and what to do. It is time to find me time and do what I need to do. Yes I love my family but I need to be healthy and happy as well. Well the stress of moving has been lifted my husband and I decided not to move. I need to think about me so I am around for the family i love. My husband and I will be married 11 years this year. We will also have a ten year old and five year old. The kids are excited to be staying in the same community as well.

1. To have smoothies twice a day.
2. To go to anytime 5-6 times a week.
3. To do a walking dvd or wii fit plus in the afternoon.
4. To make more time for me and less time on the computer.

Shannon, I did try spaghetti squash last year. I put spaghetti sauce on it and it was great. I plan on making it again. I agree that you should do a little at a time to get used to the changes. That's what I've done too. I don't have any forbidden foods, because then I obsess over them. That's was my downfall in the past.
