Cardio 5 days a week. Turbo Jam. Other videos. The gym?.

Watching what I eat. Counting calories. Still indulging but not totally disregarding.

Personal Information:
I'm from western Kansas. There is not a lot out here. I'm a 25 year old registered nurse in a town of 20,000. I work the night shift. 7p-7a.

Other Information:
I love TV on DVD. There just isn't a lot on at 3am.

Thanks, although I kind of stumbled this weekend with my eating... so I got back up to 123.8. Grr! Lesson learned and really need to push myself this week.

I know, I think it's "EZ" because there are no fire drills, surprisingly I was disappointed that there weren't any. It was a great workout anyway... but I love that extra bit of energy I need to find within myself.

Keep up the good work! I can't wait to see what this week's exercises will bring.

Thanks! Turbo Fire is doing me pretty well at the moment... it just seems that by the time I really get the moves she changes it on me! Hehe. But I will continue until I've mastered each exercise. Definitely noticing a different though!!!
