My Goals:
At a high level, I'd like be and feel healthier. I want to be able to do activities like hiking, biking, canoeing, etc. Ideally I want to be at a lower weight, but I need to not focus on that right now. My short term goal is to get under 200.
My Program:
Jillian Michaels' Winning By Losing work out program, which is mostly strength training. Then cardio on my own. The stair master and I are becoming friends again! As far as what I eat, I try to follow a 40/30/30 carbs/protein/fat percentage of calories. That means a lot of lean protein, but it works for me!
Personal Information:
Born and raised in Indiana, I am an engineer by trade. (ha ha)
