My Goals:
At a high level, I'd like be and feel healthier. I want to be able to do activities like hiking, biking, canoeing, etc. Ideally I want to be at a lower weight, but I need to not focus on that right now. My short term goal is to get under 200.

My Program:
Jillian Michaels' Winning By Losing work out program, which is mostly strength training. Then cardio on my own. The stair master and I are becoming friends again!

As far as what I eat, I try to follow a 40/30/30 carbs/protein/fat percentage of calories. That means a lot of lean protein, but it works for me!

Personal Information:
Born and raised in Indiana, I am an engineer by trade. (ha ha)

Hello !
I'm sure you did better on your fitness goals than I did .
In the past, I have challenged myself to burn 10k for the week. I was able to do it twice ! (It really did take its toll on me though, there was a lot of limping-lol)
Now, I've lowered it to 7500 over the last two weeks and have not been able to meet that. GAH !
So for this week, I'm lowering it to 5500 for the week. Still challenging enough to get me out and moving but low enough to keep me out of a total body cast (that's a lot of plaster!) lol

P.S. How did you feel about Miggy leaving BL ?

thanks for the recipe...I think i'll give it a try this weekend...making a frittata for dinner tonight using broccoli and spinach with just a little sharp cheddar cheese...quick and easy for when I get home from work tired! Hope you have a pleasant day!!
