Thank you to all of you! Anytime I am stuck in a rut or need that motivation I scan through all of your pages and you inspire me to keep going. I am 42, ex-smoker, take thyroid medication and it's a constant struggle. Everyday is always a new day and one step closer to a complete life style change! I have 2 talented wonderful kids and a terrific husband who loves me regardless of my weight and I feel extremely blessed to have such wonderful people in my life!
