My Goals:
I plan to achieve a 5% loss for a new weight of 155 by August 16. I plan to run 100 miles a month and cycle or ST on rest days.

My Program:
For my 5% summer challenge I will run 100 miles per month add in some ST or Pilates and follow the AHA diet.

Personal Information:
I'm from a small hamlet located on Long Island and enjoy my runs on the rustic roads or along the water.

Other Information:
I love to read and spend time pool side.

Thanks for your idea. I am not sure that I am ready to try 100 miles in a month--YOU GO, GIRL if you can!! But I could set a monthly mileage goal and try for that. Getting ideas and thinking--this goal will start in Sept. Thanks for your comment!
