Focus on another goal:) Go farther on your run, jump higher during Zumba, pedal harder during spin, whatever it is....push yourself:) So much better than that number on the scale:) You'll feel better too:)
"Above all else, do NOT quit! The universe always bows to persistence. The empowering approach is to see your physical challenges as assets, because overcoming obstacles forces you to develop discipline, determination and character. These traits will carry over to other areas of your life and make you a stronger person.” -Tom Venuto
Thank you for commenting on my blog, "I'm Not A Quitter Anymore." Have a healthy day!
Sharon I love peanut butter flour. I have some from Trader Joe's that tastes good added to almond milk. Its like a peanut butter smoothie. When I drink it I feel full satisfied. It helps me to get through the day.
Once I made some peanut butter fudge from it. It was heavenly. All healthy ingredients. YUM.
Wow, I am so surprised anyone would try out juicing on my recommend. The improvements keep adding up. Its a slow, gradual, improvements with an occasional detox day. I love it. The more greens I add in the better I feel.
