Sorry to heard you have someone in the hospital. If you have to stay there a lot ask the doctor if they have a weight or exercise room for people that work at the hospital. they usually do. Maybe they would let you go in there and do a few things. Also if the they have stairs take a flight of stairs and then take the elevator the rest the way up. walk the hall and time yourself.You could do a 10 to 20 minute walk with effort put into it. Just the 10 minute walk two or three times a day will add up. Then because you are there and maybe can't cook your own meals have some fruit like grapes, apples. banana is pretty heavy though. Try reduced fat cottage cheese with a little fruit. Always eat protein with any snack or meal. Well, have to sign off now. Hubby just came home.
