Trying Again (again)!

I've been a member of SparkPeople for a LONG TIME, and still have not reached my goal. Why? Simple: I haven't made the commitment. What I HAVE made are excuses. I need to convince myself that I AM worth the effort!!!

My Goals:
I would like to reach my goal weight by the end of 2014.

I would also like to lose 10 (or more) inches from my waist.

My Program:
To reach my goals, I am following a healthy diet and also limiting the amount of sugar and sweets I eat. I really love fruits and vegetables, so I'm making those the main focus of my meals.

Personal Information:
I'm 44, happily married to my best friend, and Mom to 2 awesome kids.

We have 2 dogs and 5 cats.

emoticon 2015 is off and running! I thank God for allowing me to see a new year! I've been a slacker here on SP thru the holidays - but I'm BACK now! I pray that your holidays were all that you wanted them to be and more! I pray that we WILL continue to be diligent in all things concerning our health. I'm still working to reach my goal weight. I know that this is THE year - and if you're on your way too, I pray for success to you as well.
