My Goals:
My first goal is to start my day with an egg and 1/2 cup of bran with 1 cup of milk. Another goal is to walk for at least 40 minutes a day. Do my bicycle trainer at least once a week amd do a stretching and breathing program called Oxycise! which is 20 minutes, at least once a week.
