I'm doing the Winter 5% Challenge. This is an eight week challenge so it will encompass the January and February resolutions that I listed in my New Year's Resolution blog. I also plan on doing cardio at least 5 times per week.

Exercise: 30-Day Challenges for Arms, Squats & Crunches
Diet: In January, no fast food - I am cooking all meals at home. In February, I will replace one meal with a green smoothie/juice everyday.

I've always been a little heavier than I should or want to be. However, I've never had the motivation to do something about it. I've been a yo-yo dieter and exerciser the majority of my adult life. I believe that I have now hit rock bottom. I looked in the mirror last week and realized that I absolutely hated what I saw. The only question in my mind was "What have I done to my body?"

I'm ready to finally make being healthy a lifestyle.

1. I want to be healthy.

2. I want to comfortable wearing shorts and a bathing suit by Summer 2014.

3. I want to lose a total of 60 pounds. 195-135

4. I want to be strong.

My Program:
1. Tracking every calorie to make sure I stay between 1200-1500 per day.

2. CARDIO!!!

3. Making sure I eat TONS of veggies and fruit.

4. Water, water, water.

5. Stay positive and motivated. After all I want to have a pair of "fat jeans."
