I've come a long way in this weight loss journey, and it's hasn't always been easy. I'm so grateful for the help and encouragement I have received from Spark friends! Without that encouragement I wouldn't be where I am now.

Daily Positive Affirmations:

For me, dieting is "Permanent": I am NOT naturally thin. I must be eternally vigilant and avoid the temptations that I can't resist.

No amount of food would "EVER" be enough food. I'm "Just as Hungry" 80, 90, or 100 pounds (Or More) Overweight as when I stick to my goal weight.

“YOU CAN HAVE RESULTS OR EXCUSES, NOT BOTH.” –UNKNOWN

“YOUR LEVEL OF SUCCESS IS ONLY PREDETERMINED BY YOUR LEVEL OF EFFORT.”

"You have to find something that you love enough to be able to take risks, jump over the hurdles and break through the brick walls that are always going to be placed in front of you. If you don't have that kind of feeling for what it is you are doing, you'll stop at the first giant hurdle."

I didn't get enough sleep last night unfortunately, so I am going to take a nap before I can even attempt to do any type of workout. It WILL DEFINITELY be a better day! Let's make it great!

I've always got your back...I know YOU can do it...

There is nothing wrong for one to take a break from what they normally do with there weight loss.
As long as we are doing some thing it's way better then doing nothing.....
Enjoy the journey for sure if you've reached your goal. And I know you have!

If you use to walk 90 take a break walk 35......

My normal is 60 minutes....so doing 30 is good. Eating right is also a +....
We can both do this....

Take a break....
I've read that you should take a break from your normal and just go easy....for about 4 weeks to 6 weeks then jump back into it....change it up....

Hugs my Eagle!
YOU CAN DO IT!

Hi emoticon
Here's the link to the crocheted hat pattern I used. It is an American pattern, but easy to translate to English if necessary.
