I've come a long way in this weight loss journey, and it's hasn't always been easy. I'm so grateful for the help and encouragement I have received from Spark friends! Without that encouragement I wouldn't be where I am now. Today, I feel confident that I will never go back to where I was. I will never gain that weight back. I've made the needed life style changes to maintain this weight, and I don't miss eating the junk that I used to eat. I feel guilty if I don't go to the gym or at ...

Without that encouragement I wouldn't be where I am now. Today, I feel confident that I will never go back to where I was. I will never gain that weight back. I've made the needed life style changes to maintain this weight, and I don't miss eating the junk that I used to eat. I feel guilty if I don't go to the gym or at least walk every day of the week, so I know I'll be ok in that area as well. My next goal is to work on toning my body. Weight lifting isn't the most pleasant for me, but I'm working on incorporating it into my daily routine. My Goals:

Tracking my food intake daily. Daily exercise, no matter what it is.
Personal Information:
I live in Kansas City, MO but am originally from Clinton, IA. Dh and I have lived here going on 28 years. I go to the gym nearly every day and am pretty good at tracking my fitness and food daily.
Other Information:
My grandchildren are my motivation to keep losing this weight. I want to be around to play with them as they grow up, as I am able to do now.
